- 層状オキシ硫化物 LnCuOS の結晶構造の考察
Abstract
LnCuOS (Ln=La,Ce,Pr and Nd) oxysulfides crystallize in the same layered structure. However, only CeCuOS shows an anomalous shrinkage of the unit cell and unique electrical and optical properties among these oxysulfides: black color, high electrical conductivity and no photoluminescence. The origin of the unique features in CeCuOS is discussed from the viewpoint of the crystal structure, especially interatomic distances.
