- 電気化学反応を利用したセリア緻密膜作製における電解条件の最適化
Description
セリウムやドーパント金属イオンを含む水溶液中で電解法によりセリアおよびセリア固溶体薄膜の形成を試みた。様々な印加電位や溶液環境（pH, 添加物）において薄膜合成を行い皮膜の微細構造や結晶性を調査することで、セリア薄膜の緻密化のための最適条件を探索した。適当な条件下では緻密で密着性の高い透明セリア皮膜を作製することに成功した。
