Description
擬一次元構造コバルト酸化物Ca3Co2O6(Co-326)および二次元層状コバルト酸化物Ca3Co4O9(Co-349)のCaサイトへの後期希土類ドーピングを検討した。両系ともHoドープにより高温で顕著に熱電能が増大し、Co-349では焼結体試料として最大級のZT=0.37が得られた。
