アーク溶解法によるZrB<sub>2</sub>-SiC共晶材料の作製

Description

ZrB₂、SiC粉末を用いてアーク溶解法によりZrB₂、SiC複合材料を作製した。さらに、ZrB₂、SiC複合材料の硬度、熱伝導度、電気伝導度を調べた。ZrB₂、SiC系は共晶システムであり、共晶組成は40ZrB₂-60SiC(mol%)であった。共晶体のビッカース硬度は最大となり、1748[GPa]となった。
