Abstract
The purpose of this report is to design chaotic attractors in the planar piecewise affine systems (PWA). At first, we introduce the Duffing system which is linearized at the equilibrium points. This system is expressed in the PWA system whose state plane is divided into three areas. We analyze the trajectories of this system and investigate stability of each system. From the results, we consider creating chaotic attractors by designing system parameters of each system.
