- 酸素吸着Cu(001)表面のレーザー光電子スペクトル
Abstract
我々は波長可変レーザーを光源として、酸素吸着Cu(001)表面の超低速光電子スペクトルを高いエネルギー分解能で測定した。吸着種の分子振動のみならず放出光電子の基板Cu(001)の表面フォノン励起に由来するスペクトル構造を見いだした。
