Description

When many users share a common product model in collaborative design, the consistency of the model should be maintained for its modification. Exclusiveness control is effective for two or more users not to modify the same portion simultaneously. The server/client system is proposed, which checks the faces of the product according to that they are only referred or changed (specified/unspecified) and prohibits their use.
