Abstract

製作した可視化研磨機を用いて加工面に流れる砥粒の観察を行った。今回の報告では従来から行ってきた溝無し定板に加え、十字溝定板、螺旋溝定板についても観察を行った。また、加工面に存在する砥粒について定量的な評価を行うことを試みた。
