Description
KEKで開発中の電子・陽電子加速管は,くびれを複数有する管状の構造物である.その内部の大局的・局所的な三次元形状が性能に影響を及ぼすため,その測定が必要である.しかし.内部形状を直接測定することは困難であり,現状は外部の形状測定で代替している.そこで,管内に挿入して直接内部の三次元形状測定をおこなう装置を開発する.本稿では,その基本原理の確認をおこなう.
