Abstract
Human extracts speakers' emotion from their speech signal in real-time and uses them for a good communication. We proposed the speaker's emotion extraction algorithm by using fuzzy inference (in off-line type) and achieved a high distinction rate (exceed 70%) for unknown speech samples. In this paper, a new real-time emotion extraction system is described and its performance is discussed.
