- 酸化亜鉛表面への水およびメタノール分子の吸着:表面ミラー指数依存性
Description
酸化亜鉛表面への水とメタノールの吸着状態を光電子分光測定により検証した。水分子の酸化亜鉛表面への吸着は表面ミラー指数に依存しないが,メタノールに対しては(10-10)表面が反応性が最も高く,半数の吸着分子が解離する。一方,酸素終端面にはメタノールは分子状吸着する。いずれの吸着系でも吸着種からZnOへの電荷移動があり,いくつかの組み合わせで,半導体―金属転移が表面領域で引き起されることが分かった。
