- 反応性スパッタリング法によるTiO2/TaON/Cu2O薄膜の光触媒に対するTaON層の効果
Abstract
近年環境汚染の解決策として光触媒の研究が盛んに行われている。中でも酸化チタンにおいては高い光触媒効果が確認されており、また、酸化銅を下層に挿入することにより可視光反応領域の拡大も本研究室では確認されている。更なる機能向上としてアナターゼ型酸化チタンと結晶構造、電子配置が同じであるTaON薄膜を中間層に挿入することにより光触媒や、光学特性にどのような影響を及ぼすか調査した。
