Abstract
表面の原子配置に超敏感な全反射高速陽電子回折(TRHEPD)の特徴と、KEK物構研低速陽電子実験施設のTRHEPDステーションの最近の成果、特にルチル型TiO2(110)(1×2)の表面構造決定、およびCu(111)面上とCo(0001)面上のグラフェンの構造(バックリングの有無と、基板との距離)の決定について報告する。
