- Si(111)上にエピタキシャル成長した等価ドメインをもつβ-FeSi2薄膜の多重イオン散乱解析
Description
Si(111)上にエピタキシャル成長した等価ドメインをもつβ-FeSi2薄膜の多重イオン散乱解析を行った。このエピタキシャル成長では6つの等価なドメイン成長が可能で、Si(111)面上のそれらの積層欠陥が軸方向の原子列のランダムな変位を起こし、非チャネリング因子になっていることを、多重イオン散乱によるチャネリングデータの解析から突き止めた。
