Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the recruitment strategy and the store development. It is found that the recruitment strategy of the company has a great influence on its store operation and development. The company adopted price maintenance and managed directly. Setting up shops in the new area is limited to shopping street in front of the stations and large suburban shopping mall. The company opens 20 stores every year and takes on mid-career workers. These results lead to the conclusion that it becomes possible that setting new stores is rapidly.
