Abstract

A project lifecycle is generally divided into the upper process and the lower process. It is stated abundantly about the contractor's management of lower process starting from details design, while there are few things about the upper process ending to the basic design prior to the details design, especially about the owner's management of project. Furthermore, there are few things stated about the management of program or multiple projects, even if it is on the owner's program or the contractor's multiple projects. Then, it is examined about the management integration of project and program conducted by owner, and the management of multiple projects by contrator or subcontractor, by the systems aproach.
