The former half of 1990's, many firms have tried to implement ERP software introduced from overseas. There are a few cases that apply ERP software to all tasks in a firm. We will focus that if firms can get results enough in using almost function of ERP software.The purpose of this article is to identify successful factors through the case studies which the twomedium-sized firms succeeded implementation of ERP software.
