Abstract

This paper discusses how the power of differentiation factors among the Subscribed Video On Demand (SVOD) servive changes before and after the consumer uses the web site. The paper points out that before using the SVOD both product factors and Internet-related factors, such as number of the contents, and good reviews, have power. But after using SVOD, the quality of the contents and usability factor have more power.
