Abstract

Comparative study on the two historic urban greeneries which have different topographical and geological characteristics has been done in order to obtain the knowledge about the hydraulics,water use and the creation of water related landscape and also about the influence of the urbanization to ground water, springs and ponds. Strong relation between the waterlevel change pattern and the water quality change had a lot to do with the desighn and utilization of water resources and management.
