- プラズマ焼結法で製造されたBe<SUB>12</SUB>Tiの酸化耐性
Abstract
中性子増倍材として金属ベリリウムの代替材として期待される、ベリリウムとチタンの金属間化合物であるBe12Tiの高温下における酸化耐性を評価した。今回の実験は従来法のHIP法に比べて、製造コストや時間で有利なプラズマ焼結法にて製造されたBe12Tiを用いて行った。
