Description

We examined the method and the procedure to detect oil-on-water from images by CCD camera. These are used by optical characteristics of oil and are very concise system of having efficiently combined existing image processing techniques. If this process build in the system for detecting oil-on-water，neither special hardware nor software、are needed and it is very useful.
