抄録

Recently, the molecular findings of the intracellular replication process of HCV are accumulated according to the development of the culture system composed of JFH1 strain and Huh7 cell. The culture system of HCV is established by the specific combination between HCV strain and susceptible cell line. The mechanism determining whether HCV strain can replicate in a host cell is unclear. I construct a mathematical model of the intracellular replication process to investigate the replication dynamics of HCV in single infected cell. I introduce my model to compare with the previously reported model by Dahari et al. that addressed the HCV RNA replication by the replicon system. Our model reveals that the HCV genome RNA is appropriate distributed to the intracellular compartment for the viral replication nemed replication complex for the effective replication. The balance between the genome replication and the virion assembly plays crucial role in the ceaseless replication of HCV.
