In this article, we introduce a basic concept of social simulation studies and propose a new taxonomy of the studies. The social simulation studies have a wide range of potentialities on the socio-informatics. Finally, we insist on many contributions of institutional designs and policy planning and assessments as well as many expectations of collaborations to public administrations.
