I Preface(a)This decision is different from the openion of the Supreme Court. (b)This lawsuit was raised by the inhibitant of this MINOO City. II The outline of this Decision. (a)The Mayor and the Board of Education have given wrong help to the members of the survivering families. These help should be takenback from them. (b)Mayor's act is anti-constitutional because group of survivering fammilies is a partyh of religion. III Explanation about our native country and our patriotism. IV Interpritation of Japanese Coustitution Art, 20 and Art, 89. V Criticism about this decision:-I do not think the group of survivering families is the party of religion. And I think the act of Mayor and the Board of Education is legal and not unconstitutional.
