説明

The oral administration of L-ornithine-HCI to healthy human subjects stimulated branched-chain amino acids degradation in skeletal muscles, especially valine utilization and increased serum alanine, glutamine, glutamate and proline concentrations. On the other hand, the administration of L-arginine-HCI resulted in a marked decrease of serum branched-chain amino acids concentrations and stimulated especially leucine and isoleucine utilizations.
