Description
When improving the power generation efficiency of the wind power generator, the continuously variable transmission is effective in the mechanism which increases the rotating speed of the rotor. But there is nothing effective with the mechanism which controls the natural wind which changes every moment. So I verified the effectivity of the mechanical centrifugal governor by an experiment. As a result, I confirmed that the continuously variable transmission of the type to convert the drive position by lever operation can be controlled. But there is a problem of the complicated structure and transmission efficiency with the continuously variable transmission which does power transmission by frictional force. Therefore I studied the new control mechanism using the solid cam, the rack & pinion, the free wheel and the gear train.
