- 407 Sharpening Measured Shape Data using Displacement Meter

In this research we try shape measurement using a laser displacement meter. But the measured shape data is different from the real shape data because of the laser spot diameter. Transverse resolution is influenced by the laser spot diameter, and it is difficult to know the change of the real shape date within the transverse resolution. Generally a transverse resolution is larger than a longitudinal resolution. So an improvement of a transverse resolution is very important. In this paper we explicate the relationship between input and output of this laser displacement meter, and sharpen the measured indistinct shape data. In this way we can improve a transverse resolution.
