<p>A filterless cleaning system is proposed to eliminate the floating solid body from water-soluble cutting fluid without using the filter. The floating solid will generate an unexpected scratch on the finishing surface and is hardly removed from the cutting fluid by using an usual filtration system. The difference of fluidities between the floating solid body and cutting fluid itself would be utilized to remove the floating solid body from cutting fluid. In this study, a separating fluid passage embedded with a template mold was designed. The separating fluid passage was useful for capturing the floating solid body if the separation conditions were suitable.</p>
