Abstract
As part of renewable energy to prevent global warming , the woody biomass utilization is required widely. But it is not easy to transport large amount of woody biomass. Therefore it is needed to develop and diffuse highly efficient power generation ability of small-scale. Gasification power generation system is original system which developed by Kawasaki Plant Systems and KHI. This system is adopted Fluidized Bed Gasifier technology and combustion technology for low calorie gas. We aim to introduce this system into the small-scale sawmills which produce collaterally a few tons/day of woody biomass. This paper presents the Development of Recuperated Gas Turbine for Biomass Gasification Power generation System.
