- A211 A Characteristic of Solar Power Generation by means of Thermoelectric and Photovolatic Modules
抄録
This paper describes the solar hybrid generation system utilizing photovolataic module and thermoelectric module in terms of effective utilization for solar energy. This generation system separates solar energy into light energy and heat energy. In this study, the current-voltage characteristics of photovoltaic module and thermoelectric module were investigated by means of solar simulator. Solar energy separated by short-pass filter was led into amorphous photovoltaic device, and solar energy separated by long-pass filter was led into semiconductor thermoelectric device, respectively. As a result, in case of ray separation of 810nm in wavelength, the total maximum power output of 8.3 mW/cm^2 which is higher than photovolatic power of 6.01 mW/cm^2 without ray separation was estimated.
