Abstract

I report about the development progress of SAW devices that used LiNbO_3, LiTaO_3 single crystals. LiNbO_3 single crystal 128°Y plate was used to devices of TV-IF filter. LiNbO_3 single crystal has distribution of acoustic velocity for solid solution and we have control of composition. The clue that is used to automobile telephone and, cellular phone regarding, LiTaO_3 and be used voluminously could be found out.
