説明
Toshiba has been developing an integral imaging glassless three dimension liquid crystal display (3D-LCD). We have developed a high-accurate technique of sticking a lens unit to a LCD module and manufacturing equipment. To keep the optical property of 3D-LCD, a lens unit and a LCD module need to be aligned in micro meter accuracy. Using characteristic feature of a lens, a lens unit and a LCD module can be aligned in high-accuracy. We called this high-accurate alignment technique "Product quality result feedback system". The results of this system we can adjust a lens unit and a LCD within 1.7μm, 0.00224 degree (3σ).
