説明

We suggested the named new production system called "a small NC machine for the purpose of the construction" of "Tabletop Size of the Factory". We study the downsizing of the machine to improve productivity in a mass productions product such as motor parts. Many problems are thought about for the realization of the automation line by the downsizing of the machine. In this study, we consider the control of the C-axis and the rigidity of the spindle to keep downsizing and the processing precision of the NC machine tool. As a result of experiment of the downsizing of the main shaft, we confirmed that we could cope with the processing of motor parts. I confirmed that you must push forward the construction of the line including assembling and the inspection in future.
