- 2P2-J24 単一細胞の力計測可能な光駆動ナノマシン(ナノ・マイクロバイオシステム)
Description
Remote manipulation of single cell in liquid with simultaneous reaction force sensing was realized using a bulldozer-like novel Nano-robot and optical trapping method. "Nano-Mover" was specially designed and fabricated for cell compression, and the reaction force was calculated simultaneously using video image analysis. Real time living cell elasticity measurement was successfully demonstrated for the first time.
