- ミューオニウム超微細構造の精密測定に向けたガス・マイクロ波装置の性能評価
Abstract
<p>ミューオニウム(Mu)はレプトンのみからなる水素様原子であり、Muの超微細構造(HFS)の精密測定は束縛系量子電磁力学の厳しい検証となる。MuSEUM実験はJ−PARCの高強度パルスミューオンビームを用いて大統計量を達成し、MuHFSを従来より高い精度で測定することを目指している。本講演では、Mu生成用の気体標的装置及び超微細構造遷移を誘起するマイクロ波装置の性能評価について述べ、今後の展望について議論する。</p>
