抄録
In the cource of autoclave extraction of scheelite with Na2CO3 solution, the effects of conditions of extraction reagent to the WO3 recovery are fully discussed.<BR>Increase of Na2CO3 equivalent to CaWO4 promotes WO3 extraction. Rate of increase of WO3 extraction is 5-7% per 0.1 Na2CO3 equivalent.<BR>Increase of Na2CO3 concentration decreases WO3 extraction and rate of decrease is about 3% per 10g/l of Na2CO3. Necessary amount of Na2CO3 is minimum when Na2CO3 concentration is 30-50g/l, and 2.7 equivalent at 197°C of reaction temperature.<BR>By determing Na2CO3 equivalent and concentration of Na2CO3 solution as intial conditions, we could have obtained general conditions available for all grades of scheelite.<BR>Addition of small amount of NaOH, NaHCO3 or K2CO3 in Na2CO3 solution promotes WO3 extraction. Especially K2CO3 is effective both as promoter of Na2CO3 and as extratcion reagent itself.
