Abstract
The determination of a-amylase activity of saccharifing enzyme preparations on the market was investigated.<BR>Even if the origin of starch as substrate, and saccharifing enzyme preprations were different, the what formula gave good approximations with the value of the official method of Tax Agency, Japan.
