Description

The spectra of multibubble sonoluminescence from CaCl_2 aqueous solution, saturated with krypton, were measured at frequencies of 27 kHz, 140 kHz and 512 kHz and the power of 20 W . MBSL from CaCl_2 has three peaks at 423, 555 and 621 nm. The peak at 423 nm is the electronic transition 4s4p ^1P_1-4s^2 ^1S_0 of Ca. The 423 nm peak was asymmetrically broadened to red side. The peaks at 555 and 621 nm are come from CaOH. The two peaks correspond to the B^2Σ-X^2Σ and A^2Π-X^2 systems, respectively. The 621 nm peak was superposed by 603.3 and 647.9 nm peaks, which are originated from vibronic transition of A^2Π-X^2 system of CaOH. The spectra of CaOH(A^2Π-X^2Σ) showed a little dependence on ultrasound frequency. But the spectra of CaOH(B^2Σ→X^2Σ) did not show that. Relative intensity of Ca and CaOH peaks was discussed in relation to saturation gases. The MBSL spatial distributions were not different among three components.
