抄録

Japan is unappreciated as a nation to provide adequate level of privacy protection by EU, despite having put in a lot of time and effort on the protection of Personal Information. Japan has to establish a new law on privacy protection, which is praised by the international community. Privacy as the privileges will be protected sufficiently how the social system can be created. In the study I'll try to suggest the framework of new Privacy Protection as social system in the 21st century, after carefully cleaning up issues that already exist in our country.
