Abstract

Can the level of the career development be considered as one of factors of the productivity growth? Evidence from major developed countries suggests that there is a strong possibility that career development contributes to the productivity growth. I believe that internship opportunities have become a core of the career education in the USA, Germany and some other countries. In this paper I would like to argue that the advance of internships and career development is one of the important factors of per capita added value productivity growth. I will try to find out the preceded reports that mentioned the relationship between the internships and the career education.
