Abstract
A homodyne laser interferometer which, upon projecting two beams from a two-frequency laser source onto a moving target, interprets, by employing a frequency-count-addition process, two Doppler frequency shifts, each occurring from each beam when the beams are returning to the interferometer. The conceptual system structure and the principle of signal processing are described.
