抄録

1) Antimicrobiological activity of ticarcillin was compaired with sulbenicillin and carbenicillin on clinical isolated ps. aeruginosa, E. coli and Proteus spp.<BR>Ticarcillin was more active than carbenicillin on Ps. aeruginosa and same as sulbenicillin.<BR>2) Ticarcillin was administrated to 12 infection cases of post operation, and the results were excellent in 4 cases, good in 5 cases, fair in 1 case and poor in 2 cases.<BR>Clinical effective rate was 75%.<BR>3) No side effects were found.
