Abstract

An inclusion-bodies bearing cell was described, that appeared in the urine of patients with mumps.<br>Inclusion bodies were demonstrated in the urine examination of 46 out of 60 children with mumps.<br>In controls, 6 out of 20 children showed inclusion bodies.<br>In serial studies on urine, the most inclusion-bodies appeared as early as 3 days after onset of the disease.
