  • 経鼻腔栄養患者の口腔内所見, 特に異常口腔細菌叢について

Description

長期にわたる経鼻腔栄養患者の口腔内細菌叢を中心に調べ次のような所見を得た。<BR>1) 口腔内細菌叢は正常口腔とは異なつていた。すなわちStreptococcus, Lactobacillusなどのglycolytic bacteriaが消失し, グラム陰性の桿菌が非常に多数認められた。一方haemophilic layerに属するFusobacteriumには変化はなかつた。<BR>2) 本口腔に出現したグラム陰性桿菌について細菌学的検索を行なつた結果PseudomonasおよびAlcaligenesを見出した。<BR>3) 食物を摂取せずまた口腔清掃のない本口腔で新しく発現した齲歯はなくまた歯垢, 歯石の沈着も殆んど平常であつた。その他辺縁歯肉および乳頭に限局する顕著な歯肉炎がみられた。<BR>4) 口腔内の臨床的所見を歯石, 口臭, 歯肉炎を中心に細菌学的に考察を行なつた。
