抄録

In summer in 1996, lesions and rotting with brownish black occurred on roots of carrot (Daucus carota L.) grown in fields at Hakodate, Hokkaido. Causal fungus of this disease was identified as Fusarium solani (Martius) Saccardo f.sp. radicicola (Wollenweber) Snyder et Hansen from the pathogenicity and the morphological characteristics.
