Abstract

Comparision was made between two year studies in 1951 and 1955 on the tooth health status of primary and middle school male children in Kokura city. The result is as follows. 1. There was no marked difference between the two year scores of the existing tooth number. 2. Carious tooth increased in 1955. 3. D. M. F. number and D. M. F. rate of permanent teeth increased at the age groops of seven to nine years, and no changes were observed in any upward age groop.
