抄録

The qualitative and quantitative changes of the free amino acids in the cones of Abies sachalinensis in June were investigated. 1) The fifteen amino acids (Asp, Thr, Asp-NH2, Glu-NH2, Glu, Gly, Ala, Pro, Val, Met, Ile, Leu, Lys and His) were detected. 2) The amide compounds (asparagine and glutamine) were present only in samples collected in the middle of June.
