説明

It is already recognized that after silicon and nitrogen addition the plate-liked primary carbides, M2C cannot be observed owing to progress of transformation from M2C to M6C. Therefore, the influence of alloy element upon the above mentioned transformation was investigated by melting many small ingots having different combination of C, Mo, W, V, Co under the fixed containing amount of Si and N.<br>The results were as follows:<br>1. If the containing amount of C, Mo, V, Co increases the primary carbides, M2C get stable while the transformation from M2C to M6C is promoted if V amount increases.<br>2. At high Mo side the existence of stable M2C is observed even without V.<br>3. The eutectic carbides change from M2C to M6C not only due to Mo amount, but also to decreasing of cooling speed during solidification.
