Abstract

71歳，男性．食道癌stageIVの症例で転移性肝癌が腫瘍内出血を生じ，同部の破裂により被膜下血腫を形成したが，経動脈的塞栓術で止血しえた．その後肝不全をともない腫瘍死した剖検例である．文献を渉猟しても食道癌の転移性肝癌破裂の報告例は現在までない．食道癌の転移性肝癌も腫瘍内出血および破裂をきたすことがあること，更にこの止血に経動脈的塞栓術が有効であったことを示した．
