- クローン病診療におけるCTによる画像診断の実際―CT enterography―

Description
クローン病は慢性炎症性腸疾患であり，病変は肛門病変を含め消化管に非連続性に発生する．若年者に多く発症し，経過も長いことから反復して画像検査を行う必要がある．生物学的製剤などが導入され治療方法が多様化することにより，病態把握のためにより詳細な画像評価が求められているが，被検者の身体的負担もできる限り軽減する必要がある．CT enterographyは腹部～骨盤部を一度に俯瞰できるだけではなく，腸管壁や腸管外病変も評価でき，空間・時間分解能の高い横断的画像検査方法としてクローン病の診断に非常に有用である．一方，X線被曝の低減化のためには，低線量CT導入や厳密な適応判断が求められる．
